Welcome to Miss Saigon, a hidden gem nestled in Tucson, Arizona, renowned for its incredible Vietnamese cuisine. Located at 1072 N Campbell Ave, this vibrant eatery has carved a niche for itself with a menu that tantalizes the taste buds and a warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. With three convenient locations throughout Tucson, Miss Saigon is redefining the dining experience for both locals and visitors alike.
As I stepped into Miss Saigon, I was enveloped by an inviting ambiance that hinted at the culinary masterpieces waiting to be discovered. The reviews from delighted patrons like Greg Weldon and Peter Myers echo a common sentiment—this place serves up dishes that are not just filling but also leave you yearning for more. From the delicate balance of flavors to the generous portions, Miss Saigon has something for everyone.
One standout is their celebrated pho, which Elijah Thomas describes as “the undisputed Pho Ambassador of Tucson.” Each bowl is a symphony of rich, aromatic broth accompanied by fresh herbs and generous cuts of beef. I couldn’t help but marvel at the delightful depth of flavor that left a lasting impression. Add a refreshing Tsingtao or Lucky Buddha beer, and your dining experience reaches new heights of satisfaction.
Another dish that piqued my interest was the coconut curry catfish, as noted by Peter Myers. This dish, while perhaps a bit of a translation mystery, showcases Miss Saigon's penchant for innovative takes on traditional flavors. It arrives battered and baked to perfection, beautifully showcasing the talents of the kitchen staff.
Not to be overlooked are the spring rolls, a customer favorite, although there was a small mix-up in my order when I received them instead of egg rolls. Nonetheless, Kethnie Moreau raves about the bon bu hue—a spicier version of pho filled with savory sausages—truly a must-try for those craving a bit of heat in their meal.
What I found particularly charming about Miss Saigon was the courteous and prompt service. The staff isn’t just there to serve; they seem genuinely engaged in providing a memorable experience—a detail highlighted by Greg Weldon and his family’s delightful engagement with the crew, who even helped with a family photo!
Whether you’re a longtime Tucson resident or just passing through, Miss Saigon promises a culinary journey worth experiencing. First time here and we really enjoyed the service and food. Left feeling full but not overly full. Will definitely be back again. Go give them a try they have three locations in Tucson newest in a downtown location.

My brother wanted to get together with our cousins before I left Tucson. He suggested Miss Saigon in Tucson and there are three. Having had suffered through the parking debacle that is downtown Tucson (I'm a lawyer and I can't understand the signs - I have no idea how the merchants put up with the self-important city officials who decide these things). So I said I would drive an extra 20 minutes to avoid downtown. We settled on the Campbell location, with abundant free parking (take note City Council) in a large lot out back of this non-descript strip mall. We were delighted. Everyone's food was good. Even the rice! I ordered the coconut curry catfish. It was allegey grilled, but it was actually battered and baked. Maybe it got lost in tranation. But - it was delicious! The servers were courteous, prompt and helpful - even taking our family photo! (I wouldn't hire them for a wedding, though. Bathrooms and service were typical. Many empty tables - which made no sense given the high quality of the food and the reasonable pricing. Go. Miss Saigon on Campbell is a gem among rocks.

I’m still here eating my food. Definitely recommend. The food is 10/10. The location looks like a hole in the wall shop, but those are the ones with the best food.

Miss Saigon is the undisputed Pho Ambassador of Tucson. When Tucson asks “Where should I get Pho?” Miss Saigon responds commandingly: “Come get it here, you won’t regret it.” In fact, the only thing I ever regret about going to Miss Saigon, is ordering the large pho and filling up about halfway through it. Delicious and delicate broth topped with fresh ingredients. Paired with a Tsingtao or a Lucky Buddha; I’m a happy camper. I always get the #24 which comes packed with lots of beefy protein that just blends so seamlessly with that outstanding broth. Can’t wait to go back for more

Busy location right off of UofA and Banner Medical. I ordered the egg rolls but received spring rolls instead. I’m not a fan of peanuts so I didn’t like the sauce. I order bon bu hue not sure if I’m spelling it correctly but it’s a spicier meatier version of pho. Delicious. Filled with some type of chicken or pork sausage and beef flank. I also ordered a pork and rice place to go. Plenty of parking towards the back.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff! Great service and food. I’m from San Diego so I would say they have better Vietnamese food out there but this was really great for Tucson thanks for the great experience guys!

This has been my go to pho spot for years. I love Miss Saigon. Their service is great and the food never disappoints. Their pho is of course, very delicious, but the other menus are also great as well. Their spring rolls, chicken skewers, and vermicelli noodles are some of my other favorites as well!

Food is delicious and portions sizable. The real reason I’m writing this review is that I accidentally my left my purse there and only realized 2 hours later. I ran back to the restaurant panicked, but thankfully the staff had kept it safe behind the counter. Nothing was missing also during our meal, a lovely woman also passed by to refill our waters when we were running low and offered to fill up my water bottle, including ice. Very kind staff and great service
